If you are ready to book, click our Book Now tab to get started. I will hold your date for you until you are ready to book. If someone else contacts about the same date, I will reach out and you will have 24 hours to pay. After that, reservations are on a “first to pay” basis.

Venmo or Cash. However, for corporate events, alternative payment methods such as direct bank deposit or check may be arranged.

Absolutely not! We are thrilled you’d love us to be a part of your celebration. Whether it‘s an anniversary bash, baby shower, banquet or corporate gathering, any occasion that brings people together we‘re excited to be a a part of!

Cancellations made up to 2 weeks before the event date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made under 2 weeks will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 1 week from the day of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

To ensure our games remain in good condition, they must be protected. We recommend having a backup plan to move the games indoors or to a well-covered area in case of inclement weather. Please note: In the event of a cancellation due to rain with no backup location, a refund will be issued minus a $150 cancellation fee.

We are only available on weekends...for now!

However, if you are having an event for your business during the week, please reach out with the date and we will try our best to accommodate.

No worries! We will travel 30 miles outside of Evansville for no additional charge. That includes Corner House, Farmer and Frenchman, Tanglewood, Black Horse Barn and The Vault. If your event is further, please contact us to discuss options and travel fees.

Yes, we give the option to rent up to 6 games to accommodate for your rental space and party size.

Please note: The minimum amount of games you may rent is 3.

The setup time will differ based on the number of games rented and venue accessibility. Set up averages around one hour.

In the rare event that this does happen, you will only be charged for the repair. However, if a game is broke beyond repair, you will be charged the full replacement price of the game.

Due to the handmade nature of our games and their size, we do not rent for parties where the primary guests are under 18. This policy helps ensure the longevity of our games and keeps them in good condition for all our clients. We understand that children may be present at some events, but please be aware that rough play can easily damage the games. A damage fee may apply if games are returned with significant wear or missing pieces.

Your weekend is reserved so no other party will be using the games. If you have a change of heart or would like to switch a game with the newly released one, we can easily make that adjustment!

We are not available for holidays or holiday weekends. We enjoy our family time too! These dates should be marked as unavailable on our calendar for your convenience.
